Aamir Khan urges people to conserve water

Mumbai, Feb 17 (ANI): Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and actor Aamir Khan on Wednesday launched an initiative, Satyamev Jayate Water Cup, to solve the problem of water crises in villages of Maharashtra. Khan urged people to come together and make this ‘Jalyukt Shivar Abhiyan’ a civil movement to help the farmers. Khan informed that the initiative is the first step of the state government to make the state drought-free by 2019. Aamir informed that a personal advisory panel has been formed for the initiative that includes prominent faces, including Ratan Tata, Mukesh Ambani and Sachin Tendulkar.
