In a shocking incident, a four-year-old student from a school in Uttar Pradesh’s Bulandshahr was detained for four hours in a classroom for delaying payment of fees.

The Principal of the school N Bhanu and owner Ashok Saini have been booked under Section 342 and Section 507 of the Indian Penal Code, said the police officials.
