About

As a CBSE-affiliated student, Namrata’s growth has been multidimensional with high school education from the sciences. Having gotten a taste of the diversity she chose to pursue her graduation in Humanities with B.A. (Program) from Lady Shri Ram College for Women (University of Delhi). Her professional journey got a major boost when she was accepted by Tata Institute of Social Sciences to pursue her post-graduation in Applied Clinical Psychology, where the egalitarian training on the campus was sharpened by supervised field placements. She also served as a Psychotherapist in Cooper Hospital, and as a Guidance Counsellor and curriculum planner in Muktangan before she found her calling at Brainwonders which fuelled her vision of assessment and counselling to all irrespective of their background. Here she has been deeply engaged in the Research & Development of various guidance resources, psychometric assessments and survey tools and course curriculums.
