Dr Swapnil Tripathi leads Charkha, the Constitutional Law Centre at the Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy. He specialises and regularly writes on issues of constitutional law and administrative law, with a particular focus on constitutional interpretation, judicial review, and comparative law. He read law at the National Law University, Jodhpur and thereafter, pursued the Bachelor of Civil Law and DPhil at the University of Oxford.
