Bengaluru-based Anitha Nayak switched careers from being an IT professional to being a home baker recently. She set up her blog Keli Paan, Konkani for banana leaf, in 2012. Says Nayak, “When in the UK, for two years I found time to pursue my passion for food and blogging. Most of my recipes involve everyday easy recipes, some age-old passed down through generations. Some recipes are a result of experimenting with new ingredients. Having a oven at my disposal let me venture into baking for the first time and I thoroughly enjoyed it.” Nayak and her husband are now full-time home bakers.
