We've all been there. We've all mugged up from textbooks and rehearsed like parrots and regurgitated it all in exams. There never was any room for personal opinion or out-of-the-box ideas. But that didn't stop these kids from applying original thinking in their exam papers. While their answers may not have fetched them those marks, they surely earned them our respect. This one is simply brilliant. With good reason one can't expect a 19th century Chinese immigrant to be well versed in English. The translation goes, "The life here is bad. The working condition is not good and lacks employee benefits. However, please do not worry. Only about ten people get serious injuries everyday and I am very careful. We have opened a small shop and business is not bad. Although I am not very good with the English language, I know enough to understand what the westerners are speaking.
