With win over Ernest Amuzu, Vijender Singh maintained his 100% win record in professional boxing. Vijender Singh's fight against Ernest Amuzu was his fourth fight in India as the Olympic medallist managed to defend his titles with ease against an experienced opponent. Fight against Ernest Amuzu was Vijender's second fight against an African boxer. Earlier, he had faced Francis Cheka from Tanzania and had won the bout through technical knockout in just three rounds. Vijender Singh began his Pro Boxing career against England's Sonny Whiting.
