Ajinkya Rahane held the innings and scored 70 runs for himself. He intially played second fiddle to Rohit before deciding to free his arms himself. Indeed, at one point it looked like Rahane and Rohit would win the match by themselves. But the two were dismissed in quick succession by Nathan Coulter-Nile and Pat Cummins. Ashton Agar then dismissed Virat Kohli for cheap. (Source: Reuters)

Hardik Pandya and Manish Pandey then steadied the ship for India first. Pandya then took it upon himself to push India to victory and almost disdainfully hit four boundaries off the 44th over bowled by Marcus Stoinis. Pandya's innings effectively ended any chance Australia had in the match or the series. He was dismissed by Pat Cummins but MS Dhoni and Manish Pandey, two of the coolest heads in the world, walked India to the finishing line. (Source: PTI)
