Congress president Sonia Gandhi on Tuesday submitted a memorandum to President Pranab Mukherjee expressing deep concern over the rising intolerance. The Congress chief led a march of party leaders to Rashtrapati Bhavan to appeal to the president to use his constitutional powers to end the “atmosphere of intolerance”.
