Delhiities got relief from the scorching heat on Thursday as rains in parts of capital brought the temperatures down.

The Metrological Department said minimum temperature was recorded at 28.4 degrees Celsius, which was two notches above normal on Thursday.

"There would be partly cloudy sky. Light rain or thunder storm may occur in some parts of the national capital and maximum temperature is expected to settle at 36 degrees Celsius," an official said.
