These options include Albondigas (meat balls stuffed with boiled eggs), Burritos (flour tortillas stuffed with veggies and cheese), Quesadillas (fried tortilla with cheese), Chimichanga con Papas (Flour tortilla with potatoes, jalapeño and cheese rolled in and deep fried) and Molletes (a Mexican open sandwich of refried beans and peppers topped with cheese), Nachos, Guacamole, Tomatillo, Chili corn carne and various salsas and sauces. Talking about the Mexican Food Festival, Chef Wadhera said, "Mexican cuisine has been capturing hearts and palates across India with its bold and flavourful spices, ingredients and seasonings.
