With a mix of glitz, glamour and royalty, Day 4 of the Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2018 proved to be a starry night. From Sushmita Sen and Bipasha Basu and Aditi Rao Hydari and Dia Mirza — Bollywood divas took the glam quotient one notch higher. Steal a glance at the highlights here.

Sushmita Sen sashayed down the ramp to the tunes of the hit song ‘In Aankhon Ki Masti’ from the movie 'Umrao Jaan'. Wearing a splendid lehenga, glittering choli and diaphanous dual dupatta, she made heads turn and won many hearts at the Lakme Fashion Week 2018. Fashion designer Sama Ali walked the ramp with showstopper Sushmita Sen. The daughter of Meera and Muzaffar Ali, she presented Chikankari in a unique manner, which was quite incomparable. Aditi Rao Hydari, fresh from the success of her film ‘Padmavaat’, glided down in an ivory silk, fully embroidered lehenga, choli and dupatta - ideal for bridal splendour - at Lakme Fashion Week 2018.

Fashion designer Payal Singhal’s collection for Lakmé Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2018 revolved around her mythical muse “Saira” whose name was the title of the glamorous display. She walked the ramp with showstopper Aditi Rao Hydari at LFW 2018.

Bipasha Basu modeled a dazzling garnet-red layered sari embellished with tassels and opulent gold embroidery, which was worn with an off-shoulder asymmetrical blouse.

Reshma Kunhi — who walked the ramp with showstopper Bipasha Basu — presented a fresh floral collection designed to emulate the complexity and allure of the lotus flower that is known for its beauty and strength during Lakmé Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2018.

Bollywood beauty Dia Mirza looked gorgeous as she stepped out in a full-sleeved ruby red blouse, matched with ochré -gold toned sari with shimmering embroidery that comprised gold zari work, stones and sequins.

Inspired by the traditions of North East India, Sanjukta Dutta’s collection at 6Degree Studio during Lakmé Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2018 was a carefully crafted and ethereally unique blend of history, art and culture.

Tamannaah Bhatia walked down the ramp wearing a delicately embroidered, ruffled blouse teamed with a bright red skirt embellished with gold work and a champagne coloured dupatta/stole.

Ashwini Reddy’s ‘Tilottama’ was a refreshing, edgy, modern take on couture fashion at 6Degree Studio during Lakmé Fashion Week Summer/ Resort 2018.

Nidhhi Agerwal wore a retro-chic ensemble comprising a lightly embellished baby blue blouse matched with a dip-dyed pink and navy blue skirt, which was decorated with heavy three dimensional motifs made of gemstones and sequins.

Shloka Sudhakar’s “Jeannie” at 6Degree Studio during Lakmé Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2018 was a unique collection that gave a stylishly sophisticated twist to casual denim.
