Ingredients needed: 2 cups unsweetened coconut yoghurt, 1 big chopped mango for toppings, 5-6 strawberries. (Photo: Vidhi Chawla)

Line your tray with thick parchment sheet or aluminum foil. For thinner bars, use a freezer-safe square/rectangle dish. (Photo: Vidhi Chawla)
Spread a thick layer of coconut yogurt. on the parchment sheet. (Photo: Vidhi Chawla)
Decorate the yoghurt base with chopped mangoes and strawberries. You can also spread nuts, dry fruits, according to your taste to make it healthier. (Photo: Vidhi Chawla)
Add maple syrup or date syrup and chia seeds according to your sweetness. If maple syrup isn't available, you can also use honey. (Photo: Vidhi Chawla)
Let the mixture freeze for 2-3 hours or overnight until completely hardened. Take it out from the freezer, cut the bars into pieces. Note that these bars should be kept in the freezer in a zip lock bag or wrapped in parchment paper, as they will melt if not consumed right away. (Photo: Vidhi Chawla)
