BR Ambedkar’s anniversary: His quotes on gender, politics and untouchability

The Indian Constitution drafted by the Drafting Committee was chaired by BR Ambedkar and after much discussions and 2473 amendments, Ambedkar presented the exhaustive document in 1950. Apart from the purpose of fighting for the untouchables, Ambedkar had strong opinions about public democracy, upliftment of women, education, religion and was staunch against child marriage.
