South cinema’s beloved stars Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna have taken their relationship to the next level with a dreamy traditional wedding on February 26.

Not only their looks, but the wedding decor as well, was thoughtfully designed.

Wedding planners RVR Eventz & Design wrote on Instagram, “The decor was curated based on the vibe they wanted to get married, more than just putting up a grand wedding show. Every element put up had a meaning to it, representing the Periodic Era, highlighting the rich Indian heritage.”

They continued, "Every brief has been taken very seriously, whether it was Vijay’s choice of using terracotta, to his mother’s love of using mantras on Adduthera, we brought all their visions to reality!" shared the designers.

Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna "wished to keep this union deeply connected to their roots, simple yet very authentic. The decor, the attire, the frames, everything was planned to sync well, nothing stood alone, everything belonged.”

Rashmika Mandanna made a grand palki entry. In one of the photos, she can be seen seated inside an exquisitely carved ivory wooden pavilion, designed like a regal palki and evoking the charm of a royal jharokha.

In the newly shared photos from Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda's wedding, Vijay can be seen waiting for Rashmika, holding a ceremonial sword.

Reacting to the wedding photos of Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda, a few fans quickly drew comparisons to mythological love stories, with many saying the scene feels “so Shiv-Parvati coded.”

Rashmika adorned 11 bespoke gold pieces for the wedding ceremony. Her ensemble included a choker layered with traditional harams, statement jhumkas, a jada billa for her braid, champasaralu, haath phool, mathapatti, nose pin, bangles, bajuband, waist belt and payals.

Vijay Deverakonda elevated his groom look with striking statement jewellery. He sported oversized ear studs — nearly coin-sized — that instantly drew attention. His bold wrist cuff looked straight out of a period Indian film, adding a dramatic, royal flair. He layered two necklaces — one short and one long — with the intricate temple-style design lending a distinctly regal touch to his overall persona.

The groom was also seen wearing an arm cuff, while a ring on his little finger echoed the same design aesthetic. Adding to the uniqueness of his look, Vijay wore ankle kadas — a rare and distinctive choice for a traditional wedding, making his ensemble stand out even more.

According to the jewellers, the entire process took nearly 10 months, from the initial concept sketches and creative discussions to customisation, production, fittings and final styling. Every element was thoughtfully planned to ensure the jewellery complemented the larger royal theme of the wedding.

The designers told News18, "Rashmika’s look was highly built around a living Goddess, while Vijay’s took on a sovereign King. Deep Nakshi and Rava detailing went into both the creations."

As per the official wedding photos, Vijay made a grand entry on horseback, embracing a royal wedding vibe.

Dressed in classic groom’s attire, he looked every bit like a prince arriving for his bride.
