'Prem Ratan Dhan payo' is the recent addition to the Rs 100 crore club which is the fifth film in the year 2015 have to collected a whopping sum after 'Tanu Weds Manu Returns', 'ABCD 2', 'Bahubali' and 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Bollywood movies are earning moolah at the box office and many a films are making it to elite Rs 100 cr club. The recent addition to the Rs 100 crore club is Salman Khan's 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' which is the fifth film in the year 2015 have to collected a whopping sum on box office.

Prior to Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, Kangana Ranaut's 'Tanu Weds Manu Returns', Varun Dhawan's 'ABCD 2', SS Rajamouli's 'Bahubali' and Salman's Eid release 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan'.

Five movies have made it to the club this year until now, and in 2014, eight movies including Aamir Khan's 'PK', Shah Rukh Khan's 'Happy New Year', Hrithik Roshan's 'Bang Bang' and others joined the coveted club.

Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, which was Salman Khan's second release of the year 2015, collected Rs. 165.43 cr in India after the first week of its release. The film, which brought back the Prem from 90s, was loved by all Salman Khan fans. After witnessing a smashing start at the box office by minting in Rs. 40.35 cr on the first day of its release just a day after Diwali, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo did well thanks to the strong word of mouth and its simple content.

: Salman Khan starred in two movies this year and both his movies surged higher and higher with each passing day at the box office. Kabir Khan directed, 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan', which released on the Festival of Eid, also made it to the club with the total earnings being Rs. 320.34 cr. The film starred Salman as a Hanuman Bhakt who helps a little girl from Pakistan return to her country.

The actors were heaped with praises for their performances and the director is now coming up with the film's sequel. It earned Rs. 200 cr in the first five days of its release and did a business of Rs. 463 cr worldwide during its entire run.

Tanu Weds Manu Returns - Kangana Ranaut, R Madhavan

Kangana Ranaut returned as Tanu onscreen in the sequel of 'Tanu Weds Manu Returns'. The film showed the couple's relationship after marriage and how things had gone sour between Tanu and Manu (R Madhavan). Kangana played double role in the film. She also played the role of a Haryanvi college going girl Datto as well and was much appreciated for her dialect. Directed by Anand. L. Rai, the film earned Rs. 150.77 cr overall.
