Semolina – 1 cup
Curd – ¾ cup
Oil – 2 to 3 tbsp
Green coriander – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
Cabbage – ½ cup (finely chopped)
Capsicum – ½ cup (finely chopped)
Green chilly- 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 inch piece (grated or finely chopped)
Salt – 1/3 tsp or as per taste
Red mustard seeds – ¼ tsp
