Mix it up if you can’t do routine.

We have all seen and envied gym buffs — those toned, taut bodies sweating it out doing cardio religiously, almost fanatically. Then there are those of us who long for that perfect body and level of fitness, but groan at the idea of hitting the gym, or sticking to it at any rate. But guess what, Parineeti belongs to our camp. “I am not particularly fond of routines and the gym bores me. I don’t want to do the usual cardio and weight. So, I make it a point that my fitness regime is a mix of everything. I usually hit the treadmill, go for a swim or just practise Kalaripayattu, a form of martial arts from Kerala.”
