Govt to blacklist Lindsay

Hollywood actor Lindsay Lohan may not be able to come to India again.

Hollywood actor,model and pop singer Lindsay Lohan may not be able to come to India again,if the Indian government has its way. The government has initiated procedures to blacklist the 23-year-old actor who has been found to have violated visa rules while visiting India last December.

Lohan had visited India for shooting a documentary on illicit child and women trafficking. The documentary,Lindsay Lohan in India,was broadcast on BBC 3.

Sources said it turned out that the actor had come on a tourist visa for shooting the documentary,whereas,according to visa guidelines,she should have come on a short-term work visa.

It is learnt that the Indian Consulate in San Francisco had referred Lohans case to New Delhi for putting it under blacklist and the matter is being examined by senior officials here.

Lohan has had a rocky past with drugs and alcoholism interrupting her career.
