Congress’ tutorial on ‘How to peel oranges’

The Congress shared a video tutorial on its Instagram handle titled ‘How to peel oranges’ that depicted Congress leader Rahul Gandhi criticising Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his chats with his “stooges” on how to eat mangoes and his ‘gimmicks’ during the COVID-19 pandemic where he asked the people of India to beat utensils, clap and switch on their mobile phone flashlights.

BJP’s INDIA bloc foosball cartoon

The saffrom party, meanwhile, posted a cartoon of the INDIA alliance partners playing a game of foosball. It seemingly depicted Rahul Gandhi, Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav.

The BJP, in the cartoon, charged that the alliance members have been playing the electorate for 70 years and urged people to ‘vote wisely’ in the ongoing 2024 Lok Sabha polls.

BJP Uttar Pradesh refers to London-Italy connection of Akhilesh-Rahul

The official X handle of BJP Uttar Pradesh referred to a popular Bollywood movie ‘Aa ab laut chalein’ (come, let’s return now) and targeted Akhilesh and Rahul for their London and Italy connections, respectively.

Viral video: Dais caves in at Rahul Gandhi’s rally

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi scrambled to retain balance when a portion of the dais at a Bihar rally caved in, the video of which went viral. He was at Bihar’s Paliganj to campaign for RJD president Lalu Prasad’s daughter Misa Bharti, who is contesting from the Patliputra Lok Sabha constituency.

When Rahul Gandhi was walking towards his seat on the make-shift stage, a portion sagged, sending Bharti and Gandhi’s security personnel scrambling to help the Congress leader retain his balance.
