Madhepura (Bihar) Assembly Election Results 2025 Winner: Chandra Shekhar of RJD won the Madhepura assembly seat, defeating Kameshwar Yadav (Aadarsh Mithila Party), Kavita Kumari Saha (JD(U)), Lalan Kumar Ram (BSP), Mohammad Asif Alam (The National Road Map Party of India), Mukesh Kumar (AAP), Pradeep Kumar (Jagrook Janta Party), Pranav Prakash (IND), Sanjay Kumar (IND), Sanjay Yadav (Janshakti Janta Dal), Shashi Kumar (Jan Suraaj Party), Surendra Yadav (Proutist Bloc, India).

Madhepura (Bihar) Assembly Election Results 2025 Live: Chandra Shekhar of RJD won the Madhepura assembly seat, defeating Kameshwar Yadav (Aadarsh Mithila Party), Kavita Kumari Saha (JD(U)), Lalan Kumar Ram (BSP), Mohammad Asif Alam (The National Road Map Party of India), Mukesh Kumar (AAP), Pradeep Kumar (Jagrook Janta Party), Pranav Prakash (IND), Sanjay Kumar (IND), Sanjay Yadav (Janshakti Janta Dal), Shashi Kumar (Jan Suraaj Party), Surendra Yadav (Proutist Bloc, India).
In the last Assembly elections, the RJD’s Chandra Shekhar won by a margin of 16046 votes. The JD(U)’s Nikhil Mandal was the runner up securing 65070 votes.
Bihar witnessed a voter turnout of 57.3% this year, slightly higher than in 2020. The regional alliances — the RJD-led Mahagathbandhan and the NDA comprising JD(U) and BJP and others — battled for dominance in the state.
