Forbesganj (Bihar) Assembly Election Results 2025 Live: Manoj Bishwas of INC won the Forbesganj assembly seat, defeating Abha Rani (IND), Fatma Khatun (Rashtriya Jansambhavna Party), Giranand Kumar (IND), Manoj Sada (IND), Mohammad Ekramul Haque (Jan Suraaj Party), Najia Ikbal (IND), Pradeep Priy Mehta (IND), Raja Raman Bhaskar (IND), Rajesh Kumar Gupta (IND), Subhan Ansari (IND), Subhash Chandra Agrawal (IND), Vidya Sagar Keshari (BJP).

In the last Assembly elections, the BJP’s Vidya Sagar Keshari won by a margin of 19702 votes. The INC’s Zakir Hussain Khan was the runner up securing 82510 votes.

Bihar witnessed a voter turnout of 57.3% this year, slightly higher than in 2020. The regional alliances — the RJD-led Mahagathbandhan and the NDA comprising JD(U) and BJP and others — battled for dominance in the state.
