Darbhanga (Bihar) Assembly Election Results 2025 Winner: Sanjay Saraogi of BJP won the Darbhanga assembly seat, defeating Abhishek Kumar Jha (Mithilawadi party), Ashish Ranjan (Aam Janta Pragati Party), Durga Nanda Mahavir Nayak (BSP), Md Nafisul Haque (IND), Md Shaquib Najmi (Akhil Bharatiya Socialist Party), Mohammad Amajad Khan (IND), Mojahid Alam (SUCI(C)), Pushpam Priya (The Plurals Party), Rakesh Kumar Mishra (Jan Suraaj Party), Ranjeet Kumar Ram (Wazib Adhikar Party), Sujeet Kumar Chaudhary (IND), Umesh Sahani (Vikassheel Insaan Party).

Darbhanga (Bihar) Assembly Election Results 2025 Live: Sanjay Saraogi of BJP won the Darbhanga assembly seat, defeating Abhishek Kumar Jha (Mithilawadi party), Ashish Ranjan (Aam Janta Pragati Party), Durga Nanda Mahavir Nayak (BSP), Md Nafisul Haque (IND), Md Shaquib Najmi (Akhil Bharatiya Socialist Party), Mohammad Amajad Khan (IND), Mojahid Alam (SUCI(C)), Pushpam Priya (The Plurals Party), Rakesh Kumar Mishra (Jan Suraaj Party), Ranjeet Kumar Ram (Wazib Adhikar Party), Sujeet Kumar Chaudhary (IND), Umesh Sahani (Vikassheel Insaan Party).
In the last Assembly elections, the BJP’s Sanjay Saraogi won by a margin of 10639 votes. The RJD’s Amar Nath Gami was the runner up securing 73505 votes.
Bihar witnessed a voter turnout of 57.3% this year, slightly higher than in 2020. The regional alliances — the RJD-led Mahagathbandhan and the NDA comprising JD(U) and BJP and others — battled for dominance in the state.
