Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) Ward 217 Election Result 2026: As the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections approach, Ward 217 remains one of the key constituencies to watch. Voters in this ward will elect their corporator as part of the larger BMC election process, which determines the civic leadership of Mumbai for the next five years.

In the previous Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation elections held in 2017, Ward 217 was won by Minal Ruchit Patel of Bhartiya Janata Party. The winning candidate had secured 13623 votes, registering a victory margin of 7341 votes over the nearest rival.

The runner-up in the 2017 election from this ward was Yugandhara Yashwant Salekar representing Shivsena, who polled 6282 votes.
