Bhagalpur (Bihar) Assembly Election Results 2025 Winner: Rohit Pandey of BJP won the Bhagalpur assembly seat, defeating Abhay Kant Jha (Jan Suraaj Party), Ajeet Sharma (INC), Chandra Kishore Sah (IND), Dhananjay Kumar Pandey (IND), Nisha Bharti (IND), Ravi Kumar Singh (SUCI(C)), Rekha Das (BSP), S J Vedant (Bhartiya Party (Loktantrik)), Sanjay Kumar Yadav (Socialist Party (India)), Subodh Mandal (IND), Yogendra Prasad Yadav (Peoples Party of India (Democratic)).

Bhagalpur (Bihar) Assembly Election Results 2025 Live: Rohit Pandey of BJP won the Bhagalpur assembly seat, defeating Abhay Kant Jha (Jan Suraaj Party), Ajeet Sharma (INC), Chandra Kishore Sah (IND), Dhananjay Kumar Pandey (IND), Nisha Bharti (IND), Ravi Kumar Singh (SUCI(C)), Rekha Das (BSP), S J Vedant (Bhartiya Party (Loktantrik)), Sanjay Kumar Yadav (Socialist Party (India)), Subodh Mandal (IND), Yogendra Prasad Yadav (Peoples Party of India (Democratic)).
The Bhagalpur Assembly constituency of Bihar went to polls on November 11, 2025. In the 2025 assembly elections, the candidates are as follows – Rohit Pandey of the BJP, Abhay Kant Jha of the Jan Suraaj Party, Ajeet Sharma of the INC and others.
In the last Assembly elections, the INC’s Ajit Sharma won by a margin of 1113 votes. The BJP’s Rohit Pandey was the runner up securing 64389 votes.
Bihar witnessed a voter turnout of 57.3% this year, slightly higher than in 2020. The regional alliances — the RJD-led Mahagathbandhan and the NDA comprising JD(U) and BJP and others — battled for dominance in the state.
