Yesterday the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup semi-finals took place between India and New Zealand. The nail-biting match ended with India losing by a total of 18 runs, knocking them out of the tournament. In our first segment, Sandip G and Nihal Koshie who write on cricket for the Indian Express, join us to talk about what went against India and what can the team learn from this. Next, investigative journalist Ritu Sarin talks about the agreement between India and Switzerland called the Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) that will allow both countries to share banking information for the very first time. And last, in a dramatic turn of events in Goa, two-thirds (10 of the 15) MLAs of the Congress Legislative Party resign in their bid to merge with the ruling BJP.
