Who pays for ‘Shramik specials’ trains, waiting for a relief package, liquor shop queues

For the past few days, ‘Shramik specials’, the trains being used to transport migrant workers back to their homes, have been surrounded by a number of controversies. From the migrants having to pay for the tickets to reports of them having to provide medical certificates in order to travel. In the first segment, Avishek Dastidar joins us to shed light on these controversies, to talk about how this decision came about and what the government plans for it now.
