On Tuesday, the Delhi Patiala House Court found two men guilty in the killing of two Sikh men during the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. Naresh Sherawat was sentenced to life imprisonment and Yashpal Singh was given the death sentence. This is the first death sentence given in a case related to the riots. In today’s episode, we look back at the 1984 riots.
