A video released by the White House’ YouTube channel titled ‘Potus in the wild: Highlights’ showcases US President Barack Obama’s initiatives to conserve the various national parks across the country.

The video shows the president undertaking trips to national parks such as Yellowstone (2009) and Everglades (2015) to thank the officials and people responsible for conserving its ecosystem.

The video claims that Obama has conserved more land and water than any president in history with Obama in the background saying, “I want to be able to make sure that American people are able to enjoy the incredible national parks, the incredible beauty, the mountains, the oceans and these are one of the greatest gifts we have ever received. I want to make sure that the whole world is able to pass on to future generations the god-given beauty of this planet.”
