Trump picks his lawyer Todd Blanche for deputy attorney general

President-elect Donald Trump has nominated his attorney, Todd Blanche, as deputy attorney general. Blanche has a strong background as a former federal prosecutor and has led Trump’s defense in several high-profile cases, including the trial involving hush money paid to a porn star .

He has also handled other notable cases for Trump, showcasing his expertise in law.

In addition to Blanche’s nomination, Trump has also appointed Emil Bove, another member of his legal team, as principal associate deputy attorney general and acting deputy attorney general.

According to Trump’s statement, Blanche is currently undergoing the confirmation process in the Senate.
