Trump open to Alaska summit with Putin and Zelenskyy, White House says
The US President said he will meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in Alaska on August 15 to negotiate an end to the Ukraine war, confirming the “highly anticipated” talks in a Truth Social post Friday.

US President Donald Trump is open to holding a trilateral summit in Alaska with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, a White House official said on Saturday.
However, the White House is currently planning a bilateral meeting with Putin at his request, the official added.
