Indian origin UK doctors evince interest in investing in Bihar

CM Manjhi assured that those interested in investing in medical field would be provided all sorts of facilities.

Impressed with Bihar Government’s proposed sectoral incentive policy in the field of health, leading medical practitioners of Indian origin in England have evinced interest in opening quality health institutions in the state.

The interest by medical practitioners was shown during their meeting with Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi in London last evening, an official statement said here on Monday.

The delegation of doctors, who met Manjhi, discussed in detail the Industrial Promotion Policy of 2011 that includes Industrial Intensive Policy and Single Window Clearance Act, 2006.

The chief minister had informed them about the proposed sectoral incentive policy in the field of health on the lines of one existing for the Food Processing and the Tourism, the statement said.

He had also assured that those interested in investing in the medical and educational fields would be provided all sorts of facilities.
