A museum in the French city of Caen has cancelled its annual political cartoon festival due to concerns over security issues following recent terror attacks in Paris and Copenhagen.

Stephane Grimaldi, director of the Caen Memorial, said in a statement that “Under no circumstances can we take the slightest risk for the cartoonists, for our audience and for the employees of the Caen Memorial.”
