Watch the Dubai Police marching band playing the Indian national anthem for Diwali

Indian Consulate in Dubai, Dubai Tourism and Dubai Police have planned a mega gala to be celebrated in Al Seef, the waterfront promenade by Meraas.

Diwali is not just celebrated in India but by the many Indians living aboard as well. Joining hands with the Indian Consulate in Dubai, Dubai Tourism and Dubai Police have organised a gala at Al Seef, the waterfront promenade by Meraas. And now there’s footage from the event which is going viral.

The footage shows the police band performing Indian national anthem for revellers in Dubai.

“The ten-day-long festivities that start on 1 November 2018 will include live Bollywood and Bhangra performances on stage, a major firework display at the Dubai Creek, a Guinness World Record attempt for the most number of people lighting up LED lights in a relay, as well as a display of super cars and marching bands performance by Dubai Police,” the consulate said in a statement.
