What if you were crossing two mountains through a bridge made of glass, and suddenly the glass under your feet cracked? Wouldn’t it scare the wits out of you? Something similar happened when a tour guide was walking on the East Taiheng Glasswalk in Hubei, China. The guide got the shock of his life when one of the glass panels, beneath his feet, began to crack.
Interestingly, it wasn’t a flaw, but a new feature added for tourist attraction. The incident came to light when the video went viral on social media. In the 1-minute clip, tourists can be seen enjoying the view when suddenly the glass floor under their feet starts cracking. While, some of the travellers seemed to be aware about the bizarre feature, others were terribly terrified.
Even though the feature adds zing to the existing terrifying experience, it surely isn’t meant for the light hearted. Would you give this skywalk a try?
