Aiming for a world-record in rope jumping, a group of 245 Brazilian jumped off a 30-metre tall bridge in Hortolandia, a city just one hour from Sao Paulo, Brazil. In the video, we can see participants wearing white helmets, swinging like a pendulum in an unformed motion. The jumpers swing back and forth until they come to a standstill and then some of them jump into the water below, while others climb up to the bridge.

Although they are still to be recognised by the Guinness World Records committee, the group unofficially broke the previous record of a mass jump involving 149 participants, back in April 2016 at the same location.
