Yes, the world was shattered when everybody’s favourite couple — Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie — decided to part ways. The Internet went on an overdrive, starting with the Jennifer Aniston memes that continue to flood our newsfeed, detailed analyses of what went wrong in the relationship and what not. Everyone, starting from our grandmothers to our little cousins in school had only the split to talk about.

If this parting of ways has affected the people around us so much, we can only begin to imagine what the actors themselves are going through. After all, they have always seemed to be in love! Yet The Timeliners, a popular digital entertainment website, has tried to make Pitt’s pain a little more relatable with this short video. Set to the title track of the upcoming multi-starrer movie Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, the video shows Pitt mouthing the lyrics, peppered with shots of a forlorn-looking, teary-eyed Jolie.

Probably, all those who sneered and mocked others who were absolutely heartbroken after the Hollywood couple’s split, will begin to understand the agony after watching this.

The video stills of Pitt talking is taken from Tarantino’s hit drama film Inglourious Basterds and has been edited in such a way that it looks like Brad Pitt, complete with the painful tone of the song, is actually singing it. The lip syncing is fabulous really.

Watch the video here.

The video has been shared around 4,800 times and got around 318, 996 views on Facebook at the time of writing.
