Remember Snehdeep Singh Kalsi who won Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s praise for his rendition of the Bollywood song ‘Kesariya’ in five languages? Enchanting netizens again, Kalsi has pushed his boundaries by singing the popular song in seven languages this time.

This time Kalsi won accolades from business tycoon Anand Mahindra. The Chairman of Mahindra and Mahindra noted that it is so comforting to hear unifying voices in a polarised world.

Praising Kalsi’s multilingual singing skills, Mahindra wrote, “Here’s evidence that the first clip of ⁦ @SnehdeepSK was no fluke & that he really has language skills.. He passed this test brilliantly. Once again, in a polarised world, it’s so comforting to hear voices that are unifying…”

In the clip, radio jockey Shourya Sachdev is heard prompting him to sing in seven languages. Kalsi begins his soulful singing in Malayalam, switches to Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Gujarati, Hindi. Without fumbling, he eloquently switches between languages and continues with the lyrics.

Since being shared on Saturday, the clip has amassed more than 1.08 lakh views on Twitter. Kalsi responded to Mahindra’s tweet saying, “I am taken by surprise that this video reached you and I’m so glad that it made you feel that way, sir. Humbled 🙏🏻 @shourya_sachdev@IshqFM.” A user commented, “Unity in Diversity.” Another user wrote, “What a marvellous rendition in 7 languages!”
