Groom plays ludo with friends
There is a separate fan base for videos of grooms crying at weddings, either overjoyed by the “first look” of the bride or overwhelmed by the fact that the marriage is indeed happening. However, not all grooms are the same.
In a photo that has gone viral on X, a groom was spotted playing ludo on a smartphone with two of his friends. In the background, a priest and a wedding photographer can be seen.
X user Muskan (@Muskan_nnn) shared the photo with a caption, “Bro has his own priorities.”

The picture has gained widespread attention after being shared on the platform, amassing over 400,000 views. Responding to the photo, one X user said, “Marriage is scary, what if he does this on our wedding.” Another user commented, “Kuch bhi ho jaye Ludo rukna nhi chaiye (whatever happens, ludo shouldn’t stop).”
A third user said, “Dekh bhai tu yahan bhi haara aur wahan bhi (see brother, you have failed here and there.)” A fourth person wrote, “Jitne wala hoga (he must be winning.)”
The trend of grooms prioritising other things at weddings isn’t limited to India. Recently, an American AI startup co-founder made headlines when he was spotted working during his wedding.
Casey Mackrell, a co-founder of Thoughtly, was seen using his laptop on his wedding while guests were dancing. This moment was shared on LinkedIn by his co-founder Torrey Leonard.
