Good Samaritans: Delhi autowallah and cop reunite lost child with family

The cop finds a lost kid on the road and makes sure he finds his parents.

Police is often criticized for certain steps and measures and measures not taken. Especially, when it comes to women and children’s safety in the country, the system often draw flak but one must also appreciate when they act as good Samaritans.

Delhi-resident Malvinder Rikhy shared a post on Facebook narrating an incident he witnessed. He found a Delhi Police constable in an auto rikshaw with a crying little boy roaming around the DDA flats of Kalkaji just to find the parents of the boy.

“Who says that humanity is dead and police is insensitive?” writes Rikhy who goes on to say that the constable finally found the parents and handed the kid over.

His post gone viral with over 7K shares on social media for all the right reasons.

Though, it’s police’s duty to help the citizens of this country but then such gestures must be appreciated.
