Former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is currently in the US on vacation. The 42-year-old is seen having an eventful time in the US as he was spotted playing golf with former US President Donald Trump recently at the Trump National Golf Club Bedminster.

The Chennai Super Kings player was also spotted in the crowd at the US Open men’s singles quarterfinal match between Carlos Alcaraz and Alexander Zverev. And now, a video of Dhoni interacting with a fan while signing autographs is going viral.

Dhoni, who is seen sporting long hair and a beard, was signing miniature bats for A fan. After handing him the miniature bats, Dhoni asked the fan to give him back his box of chocolates that he was holding for him. “Chocolate vapis do (Give back the chocolate),” Dhoni is heard saying to the fan. A video of the interaction was posted on X, formerly Twitter, by an account named CricWatcher.

“Dhoni ruling the world outside of cricket ground too,” a user commented. “Mahi bhai always on the alert,” said another. “He loves chocolates too much,” joked a third. “That’s like my idol, no compromise with chocolates,” another user wrote.

Earlier this year, Dhoni successfully underwent a left knee surgery in a Mumbai hospital, raising hopes of playing in the 17th edition of the Indian Premier League next year. Dhoni led Chennai Super Kings to their fifth IPL title in 2023 with a victory over Gujarat Titans.
