This girl rips apart Ashutosh Gowarikar’s Mohenjo Daro in a series of tweets

Reportedly, Ashutosh Gowarikar consulted a team of archaeologists for Mohenjo Daro, but Twitterati doesn't seem to think so.

The trailer of Ashutosh Gowarikar’s Mohenjo Daro is out and people took to Twitter to share their disappointment at the depiction of Indus Valley civilisation and its people. Among those who have spoken on how the apparent misrepresentation of the era in the movie trailer, is a JNU MPhil student, Ruchika Sharma, whose specialisation is in Medieval Indian history. Sharma tweeted a series of messages stating where Gowarikar went wrong with the film. She questions the feathers in the actor Pooja Hegde’s hair to the signages that didn’t conform with the era.

Reportedly, Gowarikar consulted a team of archaeologists but Twitterati doesn’t seem to think so. Many pointed out the inaccuracies in a film that’s supposed to show life in a world dating back to 2016 BC, calling it a mashup of various films. Take a dekko:
