A deeply emotional video of a 17-year-old boy from Michigan detailing his experience of being homeless has gone viral, touching thousands of hearts online. In the clip, the teenager breaks down in tears as he shares his struggle, saying he has no one in his life, nowhere to go, and has been homeless for a week.
Since he’s under 18, he explains he can’t rent a home or sign a lease on his own and must rely on someone else to survive until he turns 18.
The video was posted on Instagram by the boy himself, using the handle @ejay_chosen444, and has since gathered 75.7K views.

The young fellow’s heartbreaking honesty struck a chord with many viewers, who flooded the comments with offers of help and emotional support.
One user wrote, “I don’t know what state you’re in but inbox me. I got a couch. I got an air mattress. You are more than welcome to come here. When I saw your video all I see is my son. We don’t have a lot, but we got enough—we got a roof, running water, and the things that you need. Come on and get on your feet.”
Another person, offering more immediate assistance, commented, “Where what state are you in? I’m a assistant manager from Marriott. I can get you a hotel room for about a week.”
Many users expressed a desire to support the teenager financially or help find long-term solutions. One wrote, “Can we make him a GoFundMe? Is that allowed? Idk the rules on that, since he is 17, but maybe we can all pull together to help this young man!!”
Another user echoed the concern and offered a more personal solution, “Where are you? Like what state? I know a few good ‘foster’ families that would take you in in a heartbeat and help you with whatever you need.”
Just a day later, the teenager posted another video with an update, letting everyone know that he is now staying with his cousin. He thanked everyone who reached out with support and donations, sharing his gratitude for the love and generosity shown by strangers during his most difficult time.
