In Sahiwal, a city in Pakistan’s eastern Punjab province, a food vendor has become an unexpected celebrity. Saleem Bagga isn’t just known for his delectable kheer and kulfi and the lively Punjabi songs he sings for his customers, but also for his uncanny resemblance to US President-elect Donald Trump.

Bagga’s distinctive blond quiff, a result of albinism, has drawn widespread attention. Locals and visitors flock to his colourful cart, not just to indulge in his sweet treats but to snap selfies with the man affectionately dubbed “Trump selling kheer.”

Recently, Jist News shared a video capturing Bagga’s daily routine, showing him serving customers while soaking up the attention. Despite the constant crowd and the playful nicknames, Bagga takes it all in stride, embracing his newfound fame. For him, the mix of desserts and smiles is a perfect recipe for success.

This isn’t the first time a Donald Trump doppelganger has made headlines. Mike Osman, a comedian from the United Kingdom, rose to prominence in 2016 as one of the most striking lookalikes of Trump, 78.

As reported by the BBC, Osman considered hanging up his blonde wig and ditching the fake tan, but the outcome of the presidential elections turned his career around.
