If you’ve ever felt insecure gawking at the sculpture fit bodies of women on Instagram, this fitness blogger is here to bust some myths for you. Amie Jane, who goes by @amiejanefit on Instagram, has been posting selfies to show how much ‘work’ goes into having a picture perfect body. Just a couple of minutes!

With a plethora of filters and editing tools, it takes minutes to get a perfectly toned body on social media, and that is what the blogger, who went viral, has been trying to explain with her ‘before and after’ pictures.

Jane, whose Instagram post reads, ”Girls don’t just decide to hate their bodies. We teach them to”, has been mockingly shedding light on how a simple trick of lighting or angle manipulation can give the perfect ‘booty’ and you can surely use the lessons.

Take a look at her pictures here:

The stubborn belly fat leaves you only for an Instagram upload. Tensing up your muscles for the selfie also does the trick.

Eating a LOT is the key to this fit body, according to Jane. Wthout the right carbs how can one hope to make it to the gym.

The model says she has a flat stomach only while posing. Rest of the day, when one is realxed rolls and bloating are commonplace.

Models have a booty and abs and of course they want to show them in the best possible way, whether it’s good lighting or flexing really hard!

You can’t walk around tensed and with six packs everyday. The body keeps on changing according to the food you eat or the position you sit in.

The blogger goes by the motto ‘Your only competition is yourself’ and we think she has gotten it right.
