Top 10 most valuable Indian brands in 2025 list: The top 10 most valuable Indian brands collectively account for nearly half—47 per cent—of the total value of the entire ranking, with HDFC Bank leading the 2025 list, ending Tata Consultancy Services' 3-year reign on top.
Top 10 most valuable Indian brands in 2025: India, one of the world’s fastest-growing economies, is projected to expand its Gross Domestic Product (GDP) by 6.5 per cent in 2025, with its 100 most valuable brands collectively accounting for nearly 13% of the nation’s total GDP, with an estimated combined brand value of $523.5 billion, according to the latest Kantar BrandZ report released on Thursday.
As the country’s largest private-sector bank, HDFC Bank grew its brand value by 18 per cent compared to last year, with, notably, a 377 per cent growth since the first BrandZ India Report in 2014.
Another notable mention of the 2025 list is UltraTech Cement, which makes a strong newcomer entry at seventh place with a brand valuation of $14,524 million.
Collectively, the top 10 most valuable Indian brands account for nearly half—47 per cent—of the total value of the entire ranking.
Although overall brand value growth has decelerated to 6 per cent, the 10 fastest-growing Indian brands rose by 42 per cent; that is about seven times faster.
Zomato, the online food ordering and delivery company, rose 10 places to rank 21st this year, making it the fastest-growing brand for the second year in a row, with a year-on-year increase of 69 per cent in brand value, reaching $6 billion by 2025.
