A young, white boy from Atlanta in US recited a poem called ‘White boy privilege’ in his school, which has now gone viral. 14-year-old Royce takes to the stage and in a nervous voice, says “My name is Royce. The title of my poem is ‘White boy privilege.’ The video of Royce at the poetry slam has surfaced at a time when the country is experiencing racial tensions, especially following Alton Sterling’s death in Louisiana.

Royce’s heart-touching poem is a reflection of the privileges he and many others have naturally had, in the country since generations, just because he is a white male.
