#MakeinIndia: Indian cultural programme at Hannover Messe inauguration

Showcasing rich traditions and colours of India, a beautiful cultural programme was held at the Opening Ceremony of the Hannover Messe on April 12, 2015. The video uploaded on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s official YouTube account has already received over 1 millions clicks.

Classical dance forms such as Mohiniyattam from Kerala, kathak and others were performed with grace and skill.

Audience was however mesmerised by the special effect given towards the end of the show where a 3D lion walks amongst the audience and is seen leaping out of the screen.

Welcoming Germany’s partnership in “Make in India” movement, PM Modi tweeted:
