Facebook is upgrading its Pages to help businesses enhance their mobile presence and also improve communication with customers. Facebook says there are 45 million active businesses on their site and it aims to make Pages – the next website for business activity for these SMBs.
Facebook Pages will now make it easier for people to find what they are looking for on a mobile device. The new tabbed interface allows for businesses to display and configure the information they want to feature. Also businesses now have option to add sections specific to verticals.
With new Facebook Pages upgrade, page admins can respond faster to incoming messages and even identify pages that are very responsive to private messages. Also Page admins can now reply to public comments with a private message.
The new Pages update is focused on enhancing customer engagment by offering easier navigation and quick response actions.
