Acer is holding a mega e-sports tournament dubbed ‘Acer Predator League 2019’ in India. This is the second time India will be hosting this e-sports competition. During the Acer Predator League 2019 being held in Mumbai, DOTA 2 and PUBG players from across the country will be able to compete with each other. The best players will then represent the country in the Acer Predator League grand finale being held in Bangkok, which takes place in February, 2019l.
The tournament will let DOTA 2 and PUBG players compete with each other on online knockout rounds, to advance further in the competition. Online knockout rounds will take place across the country in partner gaming cafes during the first week of November. The teams that are able to cross the qualifier rounds will then compete with each other in Mumbai during the India finale.
Acer is offering a total pool prize worth USD 4,00,000 (approximately Rs 2,92,50,000), which will be distributed among the top teams in the Acer Predator League grand finale.
